Our Air Traffic Control -Wide Area Augmentation System (WAAS) Program has a career-growth opportunity for a Materials Coordinator to oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials at our Fullerton, CA facility. You will work with Operations leadership to continue to implement and improve on procedures used to track materials through its lifecycle.
Typical Duties include:
-Track and maintain test support equipment for calibration.
- Support logistics functions such as packaging, inventory support, material expediting, kitting, (using material handling equipment).
- Assist with Depot inventory audits; maintain records as well moving and tracking materials; update, and revise Program Notebooks (PNB).
- Closely teaming with the Program Office, Depot Lead, and engineering teams with regard to progress, issues, and potential resolution.
Basic Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years previous experience in Logistics / Warehouse Operations / Material & Inventory Control or similar to include experience with Supply Chain Management and the procurement processes.
- Must be able to lift 28 pounds (using proper lifting techniques).
- Prior experience working in a "safety-first" environment interpreting and following safety rules of performance.
- Experience working under general supervision in a highly detail-oriented environment as well as experience collaborating and teaming with other disciplines involving regular interaction and communication.
- Requires experience working with Microsoft office suite (Excel V-lookups, pivot tables, etc.)
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
-Occasional Overtime is Required
EDUCATION: Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
