Marketing / Sales Assistant Position
TopFire Media is the leading franchise development marketing agency in franchising that provides public relations, digital marketing, website development, and hyper-local marketing. This role is a vital piece to the marketing and sales growth of the agency. We are looking for candidates that can help develop email campaigns (write and deisgn), hunt on LinkedIn for sales opportunities and promote conferences and speaking opportunities on social media.
The Marketing / Sales assistant's responsibilities include the following:
- Answer phones (communicating with prospects and clients) daily. Data entry / Copper CRM.
- Qualify Leads into Prospects.
- Scheduling consutaltions with prospects, clients and proposal follow-up meeting for the President. Candidates must feel comfortable calling prospects and clients daily.
- Must have a strong understanding of Excel, Photoshop, and Powerpoint.
- Review, finalize, and send proposals to prospects and document proposal information in our CRM.
- Manage Marketing Reports
- Proofing, editing, and various administrative functions.
- Experience with social media and mail chimp.
- Design sales flyiers and promotional material.
