Social Media Marketing Intern- Summer 2024

Grace Management Group is looking for a part-time Social Media Marketing Intern for the summer of 2024 that will play an important role in supporting the Content and Marketing teams in driving brand awareness through both influencer and content marketing. This role will report to the Social Media Manager as well as to the Content Director.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Marketing
Assist Social Media Manager in the development of content for seasonal/calendar events, trends, and supplemental evergreen content on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts

-UGC (User Generated Content)

• Create high quality, on-trend iPhone product photography
• Create high quality, on-trend iPhone product videography
• Assist in both filming and appearing in TikTok/Reel style videos for monthly social posts and advertisements

-Pitch trending content ideas and video scripts for both social and ad content across Social Media platforms

-Brainstorm and execute content for organic TikTok and Instagram Reel posts

Photography Assistance
-Assist on product photoshoots across brands

• Prop organization and sourcing
• Hand modeling and full-body modeling with product and merchandise

Influencer Marketing

-Assist in managing influencer discovery by evaluating potential partners based on factors such as engagement, audience demographics, and content quality

-Help maintain and organize influencer records

-Assist with influencer kit packaging and shipping

-Support the onboarding of new influencers, and help ensure that all existing partnerships run smoothly

-Assist on community engagement efforts

Who You Are:

• Preferred Area of Study: Marketing, Communications, or another business-related field
• Passion for Social Media Marketing, influencer marketing, and video marketing
• Ability to troubleshoot and be flexible in a fast-moving, multi-tasking environment
• Knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms and their respective best practices
• Experience creating and editing content within Instagram, TikTok and editing platforms
• Should be a self-starter and have a keen ability to work on multiple projects with cross-functional partners and teams
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
