Kimley-Horn, one of Fortune Magazine’s “100 Best Companies to Work For,” is looking for a Marketing/Business Administrative Assistant to support our team in Denver, CO! Qualified candidates will be customer service oriented, have a strong professional work ethic, solid computer skills and able to juggle a variety of responsibilities.
Main Support for our Regional Marketing/Business team:
- MP Monthly Operating Expense Assistance/Research
- BP Analysis/Tracking
- Fleet Management for Region
- Coordinate with Denver Office Property Management on repairs, ongoing maintenance, and notifications from LL
- Special project support to RBM/RPM/RAM
- Coordinate and arrange FedEx and courier delivery services
- Print and bind large, technical documents
- Support conference and event planning efforts
- Support a wide range of research tasks to assist marketing managers/leaders in various efforts
- Update and maintain project, employee, and client data in Deltek VantagePoint and OpenAsset (marketing databases)
Supporting our Denver Tech Center Hub Project Marketing/Business Team with:
- Scheduling meetings/conference rooms
- Coordinating on-site meals/events when needed
- Assisting visitors with reserving workspace, conference rooms, etc.
- Expense reports, travel arrangements, marketing office supplies, filing/scanning as needed
- Shipping packaged via USPS and FedEx
- Associate degree or High School Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience in a professional office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Work individually and within a team environment
- Manage time efficiently and professionally
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities in a deadline-driven environment
- Can do attitude and a support mentality
Salary Range:
$50,000 - $60,000
