Requirements
Skills
- Ability to work remotely. EarlyDog is a 100% remote company (and always has been)
- Demonstrated B2B Technical Sales competency
- Demonstrated B2B marketing competency
- Ability to clearly and concisely communicate, both in writing and verbally
- Ability to collaborate with Operations and Admin Teams to provide high quality service
- Ability to conduct relevant and impactful market research
- Ability to effectively manage technical projects with multiple people involved
- Ability to manage client relationships from initial contact through completion of onboarding
- Demonstrated competency in ROI analysis to inform marketing planning
- Demonstrated understanding of the hosting industry and where EarlyDog sits on the spectrum
Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients, develop and maintain relationships
- Collaborate with EarlyDog Operations Teams to develop service proposals
- Negotiate, prepare, and finalize contract terms with clients
- Collaborate with EarlyDog Operations Teams through completion of customer onboarding to ensure customer experience continuity
- Gather useful information from customers to improve service and implement via collaboration with EarlyDog Operations Team
- Gather useful competitor data to increase competitive advantage
- Collaborate with other team members to inform marketing planning
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
Hiring Process
We’ve developed the following process in an effort to make good use of each candidate’s time, and we like to let you know ahead of time what to expect.
- Resume submission and review.
- Qualified candidates will then be invited to schedule a 15 minute phone screen with the CEO. The purpose of this call is to discuss whether candidate and EarlyDog goals are aligned.
- Qualified candidates will then be invited to a 30 minute technical phone screen with the CTO.
- Qualified candidates will then be invited to a non-technical 30 - 60 minute Zoom video interview with the CEO and 1 - 2 additional team members.

- Starting salary $95,000 - $105,000
