What Will I Do in this Position?
As a Marketing Services Representative, you will work directly with store owners to help them execute their monthly marketing promotions. Key components of your role will include scheduling email and text campaigns, maintaining websites and social media accounts, placing print orders, and providing updates to franchisees. You may also be asked to assist with other special projects. As a Marketing Services Representative, responsibilities include:
- Organizing, overseeing, and proactively managing marketing campaigns for your assigned stores
- Determining and ordering print materials for store promotions
- Creating and executing social media, email, and text campaigns
- Updating store websites, social media pages, and Google listings
- Ensuring high quality marketing standards across your marketing campaigns
- Staying on top of deadlines and deliverables for each campaign
- Establish strong relationships with your stores as their marketing partner
- Early career professional looking to learn and build expertise in marketing
- Strong achievement and goal orientation to accomplish tasks
- Energetic, friendly, and positive customer service orientation
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Organized project management skills with extreme attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Creativity to think about marketing challenges and strategies in new ways
- Strong self motivation and intense curiosity
- Retail and/or apparel experience is preferred but not required
This role is based at our headquarters in North Salt Lake, Utah at the base of the Wasatch mountains. It is preferably a full time position, but could start part time and become full time. We offer competitive pay and benefits that include:
- Starting pay of $17-20/hour, depending on experience
- Potential for a semi-annual performance bonus
