Responsibilities
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Help develop new prospective insurance customers to quote and write State Farm insurance & financial services products.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Total comp of base and production commission (doe & ins licenses)
- Profit sharing plan
- Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days)
- Mon-Fri daytime hours (no evening - no weekends)

- Ability to make presentations to potential customers / ability to conduct interviews in the office
- Property & Casualty license and Life & Health active licenses preferred (if not, must be able obtain within 30 days)
- Insurance agency experience preferred
