Marketing Service Assistant - State Farm Agent Team Member

State Farm Insurance Agent seeks an outgoing, career-oriented "insurance licensed and experienced" professional to join their team. You will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home , business, life and health insurance and financial services.
Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Help develop new prospective insurance customers to quote and write State Farm insurance & financial services products.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Positive attitude - Coachable - People-oriented - Self-motivated - Strong work ethics
• Ability to make presentations to potential customers / ability to conduct interviews in the office
• Property & Casualty license and Life & Health active licenses preferred (if not, must be able obtain within 30 days)
• Insurance agency experience preferred
