Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager in daily operations and management of the store
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and corporate personnel
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, inventory management, and record keeping
- Supervise and train team members to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
- Assist in store management tasks such as opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security measures
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement sales strategies
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning to achieve sales targets
- Support sales management by analyzing data, preparing reports, and making recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive sales or related field preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent administrative and organizational abilities
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of store management principles and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
