SUMMARY:
The Marketing Intern will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Flighthouse Marketing Department, ensuring smooth financial processes, and effective communication between internal teams and external vendors.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with vendors to obtain accurate and timely invoices for services rendered.
- Verify invoice details to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Efficiently upload approved invoices to the client portal, adhering to established protocols.
- Maintain organized records of uploaded invoices for easy retrieval.
- Compile and submit payment requests for vendor expenses in accordance with company policies.
- Work closely with the Operations team to ensure timely and accurate processing of payments.
- Assist in the creation of detailed Statements of Work, outlining project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for SOW development.
- Collect and organize monthly receipts from the Ad Manager, ensuring compliance with expense reporting procedures.
- Ensure facilitation of the internal submission of receipts, supporting transparency in financial reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to collect data on campaign performance.
- Compile and generate detailed reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with staff of all levels
- Basic understanding of Marketing Operations and financial processes preferred
