The Role:

We are actively seeking a visionary Advisory Manager who is a Kyriba technology expert to join our Treasury practice. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving growth and leading delivery teams, bringing your unparalleled subject matter expertise in Kyriba and Treasury. Our services delivery is rooted in treasury and risk management strategies, M&A, treasury transformations, and delivering innovative treasury technology solutions centered on Kyriba.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project management and client-facing tasks, emphasizing Kyriba technology solutions, and delivering project-related excellence.
  • Spearhead solutioning challenges with clients, using Kyriba's capabilities to drive transformative Treasury engagements.
  • Assume the role of a subject matter expert, particularly with a Kyriba focus, guiding clients toward optimal Treasury strategies and solutions.
  • Focus on business opportunities and engage in the growth and enhancement of client relations through advisory services, solution design, and Kyriba-centric delivery.
  • Opportunities to:
    • Define and execute treasury transformation enabled by Kyriba, covering cash and liquidity management, trade management, hedge management & accounting, and financial risk management.
    • Lead and develop teams delivering Kyriba-based technology transformation services to Fortune 500 corporations, spanning treasury IT strategy, bank connectivity strategies (e.g., SWIFT, multibank reporting), vendor selections, organizational and process enhancements, and TMS implementations.
    • Provide expert advisory services in treasury, risk management, and technology to our clients.
    • Play a key role in client communication, relationship development, and retention with Kyriba expertise at the forefront.
    • Ensure products/deliverables meet contract/work plan specifications and deadlines, with a Kyriba-centric approach.
    • Develop tools, methodologies, and assets for project delivery tailored to Kyriba implementations.
    • Contribute to expanding our service offering and driving business growth through involvement in sales, proposals, and innovative Kyriba-based business strategies.
    • Mentor junior professionals, instilling Kyriba proficiency and knowledge transfer.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT Systems, Accounting, or related field required.
  • 5-10 years of consulting or major corporation treasury or bank treasury experience with a Kyriba-centric focus.
  • Kyriba expertise, showcasing a profound understanding of its capabilities and potential.
  • Proven experience in managing or leading teams.
  • Previous engagement with TMS implementations, treasury transformations, and vendor selections with an emphasis on Kyriba.
  • Proven experience in technology implementation project management.
  • Ability to lead a team and establish unquestionable credibility as a trusted advisor with clients, especially in Kyriba solutions.
  • Working knowledge of cash management, FX, Debt capital markets, and interest rate risk management, spotlighting Kyriba as the technology of choice.
  • Proficiency in system implementations lifecycles, particularly in a Kyriba context.
  • Ability to travel 40% on average, based on the work you do, and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Entrepreneurial spirit: Resourcefulness, flexibility, creativity, energy, and versatility.
  • Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A deep understanding of the relationship among business, protection, technology, and industry issues and characteristics, with a focus on Kyriba.
  • Strong presentation, consulting, project management, client, and training/mentoring skills, particularly with Kyriba as the centerpiece.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, spotlighting Kyriba's role in innovative solutions.
  • MBA, CPA, CTP, or CFA qualifications are preferred.
  • Existing relationships with one or more of Kyriba, Reval, Wall Street, PeopleSoft, SAP, SunGard user communities is a substantial advantage.

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $128,235 - $213,725.
