Marketing Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:

Our retention marketing agency, specializing in Email & SMS marketing for e-commerce brands, is seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating email and SMS marketing campaigns and supporting operational activities. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a marketing agency, strong organizational skills, and be highly detail-oriented. This person will also be responsible for creating and maintaining standard operating procedures. New graduates that are eager to learn and grow at a fast pace are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate email and SMS marketing campaigns for clients
• Create and maintain marketing calendars and ensure all deadlines are met
• Support operational activities, including client onboarding and ongoing project management
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures for marketing and operational activities
• Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings and managing files
• Help manage client relationships, including answering client inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction
• Collaborate with agency designers, copywriters, and strategists to ensure deliverable timelines are met
• Continuously improve processes and procedures for maximum efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of experience in marketing or operations, preferably in a marketing agency setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong project management skills
• Strong Experience with Notion, or other similar project management software like Asana, ClickUp, etc.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Quick learner with a passion for marketing
• Experience creating and maintaining standard operating procedures (preferred)
• Experience with Klaviyo, Attentive, Postscript, or other ESPs (preferred)

This is a full-time position. Hours are flexible, and work is mostly asynchronous.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
