岗位职责

• 根据市场情况做市场调研，竞品分析。把握市场动态，制定各地区市场战略，系统地处理各种市场问题。
• 追踪北美各地区市场活动的策划和执行情况，制定有效的市场活动方案。
• 收集和分析从以往营销活动中收集到的运营和营销数据，并调整营销策略。
• 管理并维护商户与平台的健康稳定的战略合作关系，优化商户体验，达成双方合作共赢。
• 通过个人渠道帮助公司准确获取新用户，推进异业合作。
• 拓展和维护公司媒体资源关系网，策划媒体合作活动方案，并执行落地计划。
• 制定公司对外传播策略和规划，提升品牌的知名度和影响力。

岗位要求

• 3年以上MKT工作经历，含线上&线下渠道，1年以上团队&KPI管理经验，熟悉本地华人用户群
• 具有外卖或本地生活类相关公司经营者优先。
• 具有较强的时间管理、项目管理能力，能够协调内部外部资源。
• 能够对市场规划、运营、推广渠道进行系统化管理。
• 能与不同文化背景的人协作，具有管理团队，多任务处理的能力。
• 有创造力，有数据分析能力，有市场和消费者洞察力。
• 可以说中文，有车有驾照

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
