CBDfx is looking for an experienced, full-stack Marketing Manager to execute DTC digital marketing tactics that drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and optimize conversions across multiple online channels for the hottest CBD wellness brand on the market today. As the Marketing Manager, you’ll be tasked with managing go-to-market (GTM) activities and ongoing sales cycle for our products—everything from briefing creative teams to collaborating with web developers. You’ll also support CBDfx’s promotion and development roadmaps, along with CRO and other iterative work that improves our online shopping experience and sales. Day-to-day, you will work with a team of graphic designers and writers to execute all digital assets and a web development team to implement impactful customer experiences that drive engagement and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute acquisition and retention/CRM strategies to drive incremental revenue, consumer engagement, and brand equity
- Coordinate/collaborate with internal teams to develop assets for digital marketing channels (ads, landing pages, email, social content, etc)
- Work with marketing and web teams to design, build, and maintain our website content
- Review analytics data to measure the performance of digital channels to ensure CVR and revenue KPIs are met; and optimize to ensure goals are achieved
- Support to digital marketing/growth initiatives and programs in all areas of the business
- Research and analyze competitors and make recommendations for improvement
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5 years ecommerce experience with a high-volume DTC brand required; preferably in-house
- CPG experience a plus
- Hands-on, able to implement projects with web development teams (experience with WordPress/Woocommerce a plus)
- Strategically and operationally strong– ability to synthesize complex information into a simple strategy and then execute against this strategy
- Experience quantifying digital marketing effectiveness & profitability (build business cases)
- Experience with customer acquisition and retention tactics, loyalty programs and subscription products/services experience a plus
- Experience utilizing A/B testing and experimentation to grow performance metrics and build an understanding of what works with various audience segments and traffic channels
- Excel/Google Sheets ninja; pivot tables quake at your awesomeness
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media advertising platforms; Klaviyo experience a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; must be able to work with cross functional internal teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; you are unflappable!
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central experience a plus
- International brand management experience a plus
