Marketing Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth, build brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of marketing, including market research, product positioning, lead generation, content marketing, social media, events, and customer retention. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of the telecommunications industry, as well as the ability to create and implement effective marketing programs that drive revenue and customer acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Manage advertising/sales promotions by developing ad copy, writing promotional pieces, and designing layouts for a variety of media and social channels.
- Participate in multi-channel marketing and sales planning, including an analysis of competitive products/services and selling techniques, legislation, budgets, pricing and distribution.
- Write, design and produce materials such as newsletters, brochures and statement inserts.
- Leverage MiaRec social channels to promote upcoming software releases, updates, new features, events, key initiatives, opportunities for active and prospective customers etc.
- Support digital marketing campaigns through the creation (writing, design, and layout) of digital marketing content, like email campaigns and landing pages.
- Support creative media development such as image sourcing, videos, and infographics.
- Support social media outreach through monitoring and content posting on key social media channels, like Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Work in HubSpot daily and own the Marketing tech stack to create strategies, produce management reports, and show the ROI of marketing investment to leadership peers.
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
- Proofreading, editing, copywriting – blog, event marketing materials, internal documents, including technical.
- Manage, lead, and help your direct reports be successful in their commitments.
- Website upkeep and management.
Requirements:
- BA/BS in marketing, communications or equivalent preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in a marketing or communications role.
- Working knowledge of branding, marketing, and design fundamentals / best practices.
- Demonstrated knowledge of social media tools and social media business etiquette.
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements, including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media and market research methods.
- HubSpot certified with 3+ years’ experience.
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator is a must), email marketing solutions, website content management systems (WordPress, Drupal), and basic HTML.
- Proficiency in Rollworks or other ABM platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid planning and organization skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
- Experience building a marketing team in a growing business under 5 employees (preferred in the B2B technology industry).
- Can-do + make it happen attitude.
- Excellent independent problem-solving skills.
- Experience implementing, “They Ask You Answer” or a similar proven Inbound marketing framework to drive traffic, leads, and sales is a plus.

Salary range $80,000 - $115,000.
