Job Description
Initiating a search for a MARKETING MANAGER (Regional/National / #1 Role) for a well-established, aggressively growing (organic), $50MM+, national wholesale/distribution company headquartered in Omaha. Position will lead a mid-sized team of experienced marketing professionals, own/manage all aspects of marketing (e.g. marketing strategy/tactical plan, ROI, metrics, execution, branding, social media, etc.) and play a critical role in new product development/launch and helping to take/scale the company to the next level.
SKILLS / EXPERIENCES:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business Administration or related field and 5 years previous experience
- Advertising agency experience a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, project management, and collaboration abilities
- Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software such as HubSpot Marketing and Bitrix24
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, branding, and SEO
- Intermediate to expert knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. used in B2B and B2C contexts
- Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
- Proficiency with digital and print marketing, content marketing, online marketing, and social media strategy
- Familiar with social media aggregation/management platforms
- Highly creative/innovative graphically and as a strategist
- Strong photography and video skills a plus; comfortable on-camera when video or live-streaming assets are required
- Experience with any of the following applications a huge plus: SageCRM, RepZio, Google 360 Showroom and/or Volusion
- Experience with managing client/vendor relationships
- Strong time management, analytical and problem-solving skills
