Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Experience Manager located at our Grand Island, NE location. The Guest Experience Manager is responsible for creating and implementing an exceptional guest experience for all customers. This includes hiring, training, and supervising staff, monitoring customer satisfaction, and ensuring exceptional communication between customers and staff.
Manager Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a friendly and informative manner to understand their furniture needs.
- Provide personalized assistance and product recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our furniture offerings and effectively communicate their features and benefits.
- Close sales and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Uphold our company's commitment to exceptional customer experiences.
- Learn and develop in daily, weekly, and monthly management tasks and support and coach the team to meet
- Responsibilities with opening and closing store.
- Leading by example in our mission and vision of the company.
Qualifications
- 3 years sales experience preferred, may consider other comparable experience on a case by case basis.
- Proven track record of improvement and performance and leadership of others.
- Dependability is a non-negotiable, must show exceptional attendance track record.
- Weekends Required, but no nights, 2 days each week plus most Holidays off.
