Ellynne Bridal is currently seeking an Assistant Manager to join our fantastic team of consultants! We are seeking someone who has a passion for the bridal industry, experience in retail, has excellent customer service skills and a drive for sales!
Ellynne Bridal recently celebrated it’s 19 birthday and is THE bridal store for a premier bridal shopping experience in Lincoln, NE. We look for talent that is committed to excellent service, who can foster relationships and personal connection with every bride, mother of the bride and bridesmaid that visits our store.

Ellynne Bridal Assistant Manager -
- Assists the company manager with supply chain management including ordering, processing and vendor relations.
- Manage all aspects of customer relations, including answering customer questions and providing solutions to issues that may arise to maintain excellent customer service.
- Assist in daily, weekly and monthly forecasting for the business
- Work with management team for bi-yearly product buys
- Deliver exceptional service experience for every bride, mother-of-the-bride and bridesmaid
- Assist in inventory management
- Strive towards and motivate team to exceed monthly team sales goals
- Have a high standard of commitment and work ethic to build knowledge on the industry and products
- Other tasks as may be requested by company manager
- Provide personalized one-on-one private styling appointments
Applicants must:
- Have previous retail experience with a strong focus on customer service
- Have the ability to work individually and as a team to achieve targeted results
- Be able to lift at least 30 lbs
- Be regularly available for evening and weekend hours
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Have a positive attitude and be a team player
- Prior experience in a retail (or related) management role preferred
- Be hard working with strong multi-tasking sills
- High standard of attention to detail
- Have experience and feel comfortable with data entry, Outlook and using iPads

As a Full Time Assistant Manager you must have open working availability (up to 40 hours per week, 5 days per week) and can commit to regular weekend work, as those are our busiest and most fun days!
Salary: From $16.00 per hour and up based on skills and experience
