Marketing Graphics & Promotions Specialist

WESTconsin Credit Union is seeking a creative individual to join our Marketing team as the Marketing Graphics & Promotions Specialist. Do you have a keen eye for design and a knack for turning ideas into captivating graphics? You will be responsible for conceptualization, development, and delivery of graphic design work for marketing and promotional items. Assists with the implementation of marketing and community relations campaigns.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Execute the creation and delivery of marketing materials and the credit union's internally driven campaigns/events/fundraisers across various channels, including promotional displays, email, website, print and social media
• Lead graphics designer for CUSO marketing requests
• Designs print, newspaper and chamber advertising
• Lead designer for credit union stationary, brochures, disclosures, posters, annual report, newsletter, nameplates and company templates
• Coordinates business card designs, oversees online ordering platform, reviews, and approves incoming orders
• Creation of other specialty promotional items as needed
• Arrange exhibiting and other promotional supplies and items that go out to offices for local events (booth display, mascot, banners, inflatable pig, games)
• Oversee company logo-wear apparel and items, online ordering portal and fulfillments
• Manage promotional item inventories; pricing and cost-control, ordering and distribution processes, expensing, and payment
• Collaborates with marketing team members during creative process to ensure company identity and brand standards are met
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions with high quality results and on schedule

• Completes annual training of all required compliance regulations, including the BSA, and adheres to regulations

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Associate degree and two years' related experience
• A graphic design degree is preferred
• Proficient n Adobe Creative Cloud
• Basic HTML/CSS skills preferred
