Marketing Financial Data Analyst / Administrator

Volt is immediately hiring a Marketing Financial Data Analyst for immediate hire in Fountain Valley
As a Marketing FinancialAnalyst / Administrator you will:

• Support the Marketing team with financial analysis and planning including invoice submission, forecasting, accruals, and financial reporting
• Receive, review, and route all marketing department estimates & invoices to internal team managers for approval
• Submit and track all marketing department invoices in SAP
• Assist in the coordination and submission of monthly forecasts and accruals for each team within the marketing department
• Prepare and analyze actuals vs forecast reports for each team within the marketing department to determine month-end variances
• Assist in the coordination of monthly marketing department financial reports
• Process, submit and track purchase requests & budget transfer requests for the managers within the marketing department

This position is full time, M-F from 8am – 5pm requiring someone who can work ONSITE 3 days per week. We are only considering local candidates at this time. Position is temp for 1 year but has potential to go temp to hire.
Minimum Qualifications

• A completed BA/BS degree
• 1-3 years of Accounting and finance experience
• Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables and v look ups)
• Superior communication skills

Pay Rate: $30-33/hr, may go higher for right person
