Financial Data Analyst

We are looking for a determined, high-energy, well-organized individual for the Financial Data Analyst position in Livermore, California.

Primary Responsibilities & Skills:

• Support the FP&A Team with various analysis and data gathering where needed to help support performance
• Responsible for monthly close, forecast, and variance reporting and analysis
• Develop, analyze, and communicate reporting provided to the management
• Create and enhance data pipelines, workflows, and queries based on large data sets
• Build, monitor, and maintain reports, dashboards, and tools to analyze and monitor performance
• Performs data extraction and analysis to identify opportunities and takes proactive corrective action
• All other duties as assigned or otherwise required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, or a related field
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau
• Strong SQL or similar programming background
• Statistical Modelling in Microsoft Excel
• High degree of analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong Interpersonal skills and excellent written/verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize multiple projects
• Strong aptitude for learning and initiative to work independently
• Ability to work under pressure, support multiple assignments, with strong attention to detail
