MARKETING EVENTS COORDINATOR | ASSEMBLY FOOD HALL
The Food Hall Co. creates culinary and entertainment destinations which offer a platform for chefs, restauranteurs, mixologists, brewers and entertainers to bring their craft to an engaged local community, all under one roof. The Food Hall Company currently operates two properties; Legacy Hall in Plano, Texas and Assembly Food Hall in Nashville Tennessee.

JOB SUMMARY:
We are currently seeking a Marketing Events Coordinator to join the Assembly Food Hall team. The Marketing Event Coordinator is responsible for leading efforts in end-to-end project management from planning through execution of multiple events and projects annually to support Sales and marketing strategy initiatives. You will strengthen Assembly Food Hall's reputation, brand, and business through collaboration and support in the development and delivery of experiences unimagined that are high priority company initiatives. Marketing Events and projects range in size including large-scale, complex, and high-profile that require full and or part ownership to drive vision and results. You will develop value-added internal and external partnerships that you will leverage to recommend and influence decisions based on budget, creativity, and technical or logistical needs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSBILITIES:
- Develop and execute a robust 12-month calendar of traffic-driving events/music/experiences inclusive of holidays, festivals, music acts, beer releases, food/beer collaborations, special contests, local community events, watch parties, etc.
- Set sales goals expectations and work to meet those goals for each event
- Manages event budget by accurately tracking all expenses, coding and staying within or under budget
- Required to create Operational Run-of-Shows and manage to meet deadlines for all assets
- Collaborate with Assembly Food Hall General Manager and Operations Teams
- Collaborates with Food Hall Company Entertainment Team on show announces and next step action items as well as event performas and recaps
- Support Food Hall Co. Entertainment Team by sourcing local media proposals and grassroots tactics
- Seamlessly execute events including: decor, promo materials, event setup, partner organization, seating charts, signage, etc.
- On-site during events to manage execution, insight into customer interactions and service, etc.
- Communicates with Operations Team on event execution
- Programs and organizes Hall Passes for events and partnerships
- Collaborates on event page creation: Assembly Food Halls website, Facebook, Prekindle, etc.
- Develops and maintains relationships with property management, local organizations, LBW partners, etc.
- Identify collateral needs and communicate those needs with the Brand Marketing Manager
- Support with updating email database
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years' experience as a Marketing Events Coordinator required, or similar experience
- Strong history of sales, traffic-driving, and exceeding sales goals
- Creative thinker and ideator
- Understanding of the brand and how to take an elevated, on-brand approach to Marketing Events
- Understanding of maintaining marketing budget
- Experience in Hospitality. Experience in Entertainment a plus!
- Entrepreneurial and able to manage well with startups
- Strong copywriting skills, creative eye and detail oriented
- Team player and strong collaborator who can also work autonomously
- Self-motivated and solution-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Curious and stays on top of marketing & hospitality trends
- Strong network and networking skills
- Knowledge of TABC and Marketing alcohol, trends, legalities a plus!
