Job Description:
OTC Industrial Technologies is looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our Finishing, Dispensing, and Filtration Marketing Team.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role will support marketing efforts and a broad range of marketing and event applications such as:
- Coordination of tradeshows and events
- Support sales and service teams with marketing and communication needs
- Support brand strategy needs
- Oversee content creation processes
- Partner with Digital Team on social media content creation
- Maintain digital materials and image repository
- Work collaboratively with the OTC Promotions and Events team, OTC Digital, Graphics and Brand specialists, and other business units’ Marketing Managers.
- Tracking campaign analytics, processing invoices & expense reporting
Competencies
- Familiarity with key marketing tactics including content, digital, and social media
- Skilled experience in trade shows and corporate event planning
- Self-starter with the ability to take direction and work autonomously
- Excellent written and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable sharing thoughts, ideas, and questions as a part of a team
- A desire to learn B2B Marketing approaches and the manufacturing and industrial markets
- Experience in HubSpot, Monday.com, Adobe, Canva, CVent preferred but not required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations preferred or 2-5 years of equivalent experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel a minimum of 25-30% of the time across the US
- Ability to adjust or move objects up to 50 pounds
