Join our dynamic marketing team as an Events Coordinator, a pivotal role responsible for orchestrating in-person and virtual events within the industrial and technology sectors. As a key member of our Marketing Department, you will collaborate closely with various levels of the organization, ensuring seamless event logistics and subsequent communications. This full-time, in-office position is based in Beaumont, Texas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the master events and engagements calendar to ensure strategic planning and coordination.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute various events such as trade shows, golf and fishing tournaments, workshops, holiday parties, and career fairs.
- Manage all event logistics, including pre-event meetings, itineraries, invitations, presenter schedules, trade show site logistics/set up, and travel arrangements.
- Manage internal employee events, fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture.
- Support the marketing team in creating compelling print, online, and video assets.
- Oversee promotional materials, including ordering and inventory management.
- Travel as needed (10%) to support trade shows, client events, and interoffice visits.
- Assist the marketing team in pre-event and post-event communications.
- Execute a qualified leads strategy and calculate ROI for each event.
- Contribute to the creation of event materials, including PowerPoint presentations, rack cards, flyers, giveaway posters, videos, and interactive assets.
- Assist the marketing team in market research to position our company effectively for future events and strengthen our brand.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in event planning and trade shows.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications, or equivalent.
- Highly proficient in MS Office 365 Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, both face-to-face and in virtual settings.
- Highly detailed and organized, capable of handling demanding situations, shifting priorities, and deadlines.
- An interest in engineering and technology.
- Valid driver's license required.
Preferred, but not Required:
- Proficiency in writing, photography, video, and/or print design.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Apps, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, and or AfterEffects.
- Experience working in a sign, print, or trade show production company.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Lifting and carrying of equipment and promotional items up to 15 pounds.
- Ability to travel as required for trade shows, client events, and interoffice visits.
- Ability to stand, sit, and move for extended periods during on-site events.
