Job Summary
Responsible for building relationships with suite holders, for clerical functions, administrative support, and assisting in the operation as needed in the Premium Department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer telephones and direct inquires in a professional and client centric manner.
Maintain confidential files.
Assist management staff in preparing confidential documents, including but not limited to proposed corrective action forms.
Assist with staffing, including but not limited to: scheduling, time-keeping, and finding staff when employees call out on short notice.
Work effectively and maintain good working relationships with fellow team members, university personnel, administrators, students, and Supervisor.
Complete and maintain accurate and up to date records of event files.
Perform daily and weekly tasks as needed.
Process vendor invoices for payment - using computer, making sure addition is correct and checking item prices against bid specifications, making sure there is no discrepancy in pricing.
Perform monthly vendor statement reconciliations as needed.
Prepare timely liquor yields as needed.
Assist in preparation of end of month reports.
Attend in-service and/or safety meetings as required.
Maintain clean and safe work environment; ability to perform job safely.
Must have current Food Handler's and TABC certifications.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
Experience with Canva and Smartsheets a plus.
Must be available to work all Texas A&M home football games.
Performs other duties as assigned.
