Job Description
Our client is building something exciting and is looking for someone with big company experience! This is a hands-on role with someone who is scrappy! In this position, you will be involved in traditional and digital marketing strategies that guide prospects through the customer journey from awareness to purchase.
Here are a few things you'll likely find yourself doing in this role...
- Own strategy for digital and traditional marketing tactics. This includes top of funnel (TV, radio, OTT), paid (SEM, Social), earned (SEO/PR) and owned media (Email, Text, etc)
- Build and update dashboards to measure and share performance KPI's, optimize mix and share actionable insights with individual shops.
- Work closely with digital and traditional agencies to ensure on-budget spend and delivery against KPIs, when internal resources are unavailable.
- 8+ years of working in a transactional B2C marketing department with a proven track record of success as measured in YoY growth.
- 5+ years of leadership experience, leading team of marketing professionals.
- Demonstrated experience with websites, Google AdWords, SEO, organic search, direct mail, and social strategies.
- Experience analyzing churn metrics, sales funnel, engagement using Google Analytics and other BI tools.
- Has a passion for performance marketing.
- A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
- Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines.
