Job Title:Marketing Director
Reports To: Division President
Job Summary: The Marketing Director is responsible for overseeing and developing the company's
overall marketing strategy, intending to increase customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. They
manage the marketing budget while developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to meet company objectives
Monitor and evaluate marketing performance, making adjustments as needed
Lead customer research initiatives and develop insights to inform marketing strategies
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Develop and manage the marketing budget
Manage the internal marketing resources, providing support and direction to achieve division
objectives
Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform marketing plans
Create brand standards ensuring visual cohesion
Leverage digital marketing techniques and best practices to optimize campaigns on Facebook,
Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
Create and maintain marketing collateral
Design new brand and collections launches
Assemble mood boards for client presentations
Write newsletters to promote new brands, collections, and trends for clients and dealers
Write press releases for exposure in industry media
Staging displays and layouts and managing logistics for tradeshows and showrooms
Develop and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers
Monitor and report on marketing KPIs
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
5+ years of marketing experience
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing plans
Salary Range- $95,000.00- $100,000.00 per annum
