ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:- Collaborate with marketing, admissions, IT, and finance departments to collect, visualize, and interpret data.
- Deliver data-driven insights to guide budgetary, lead performance, conversion, enrollment, and retention strategies.
- Effectively communicate findings to key stakeholders and translate reports verbally and in writing into actionable recommendations both verbally and in writing.
- Partner closely with business and technical teams to ensure data integrity and build and maintain reports/dashboards (i.e., Tableau, Excel).
- Utilize project management software to prioritize cross-functional deliverables and meet tight deadlines.
- Assist with budget and KPI forecasting.
- Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed.

- Associate degree in Business, Business Analytics, or another degree in a related field.
- Two years of experience or related college work in data analytics supporting sales and marketing.
- Must have advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Must have the ability to present stories through data visualization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Google Workplace, Microsoft Office, and other computer applications.
- Any equivalent combination of training, education, or experience that meets the minimum qualifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Business Analytics, or other degree in a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in data analytics, sales, or marketing.
- Work experience in Microsoft SQL and Tableau in a higher education environment.
