As a Dental Practice Ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in promoting patient referrals and fostering strong relationships within the dental community. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate relationship management initiatives aimed at organizing educational events, managing sponsorships, and cultivating connections with referring dental practices. By leveraging your interpersonal skills and industry knowledge, you will contribute to the growth and success of our dental practice.
Responsibilities:
Organize Educational Events:
- Plan and coordinate educational seminars, workshops, and other events aimed at educating referring dental offices and promoting our practice's services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop engaging and informative content for these events.
- Help create marketing materials to support these events.
Manage Study Club Sponsorship:
- Oversee the practice's sponsorship of a study club for referring dental offices, ensuring visibility and active participation.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, scheduling, and catering, to facilitate productive study club meetings.
- Manage the membership in the Study Club and it’s website.
Build and Maintain Relationships:
- Proactively visit referring dental offices to establish and nurture professional relationships with doctors, hygienists, and administrative staff.
- Engage in regular communication to understand their needs, address concerns, and promote collaboration.
Develop Referral Networks:
- Identify opportunities for expanding the practice's referral network by identifying new referring dental offices and cultivating partnerships.
- Provide ongoing support and resources to referring practices to encourage patient referrals.
Provide Training and Support:
- Offer training sessions and resources to referring practice teams to enhance their understanding of our services, procedures, and patient care protocols.
- Serve as a resource for answering questions and addressing any concerns related to patient referrals.
Track and Analyze Performance:
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, referrals, and outcomes to track the effectiveness of relationship management strategies.
- Utilize and maintain the Patient Relationship Management program and distribute reports to the administrative team.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of success.
Report and Strategize:
- Provide reports to the administrative and management team
- Meet with the administrative team to assure synchronicity with the practice’s performance and objectives.
Reputation management:
- Review and analyze the practice’s online reputation.
- Promote and educate the team on promoting 5-star Google reviews.
- Responding to all reviews.
Team Support:
- Provide backup support as needed for the front desk team including answering the phone, checking in patients and inputting data into the Referral Management System.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, PR, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or customer relationship management within the dental or healthcare industry (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with dental professionals.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for coordinating events and managing relationships.
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and industry trends.
- Knowledge of graphic design programs (ie. Canva, Adobe, etc)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel locally to visit referring dental offices as needed.

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per year
