Gallery Systems is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing teams across Gallery Systems, Artsystems, and ArtBinder. This role will focus on coordinating webinars, tradeshows, and in-person conferences by coordinating with vendors, project managing, and other support. This role would be responsible for executing the campaign plans through Marketo, social media, and other channels outlined by the Senior Marketing Specialist to drive attendance and registrations. They will also support other various tasks as needed across both company sectors.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator with strong verbal and written communication skills. They would be self-motivated, exceptionally organized, and able to manage multiple tasks at once. Your responsibilities at Gallery Systems
- Set up and project manage webinars including overseeing tech rehearsal, coordinating with speakers, setting up webinars in Go to Webinar and Marketo, and writing promotional emails and social posts.
- Assist in managing the Collective Imagination user conference including project management, event logistics, onsite support, and event promotion.
- Coordinate and execute on all onsite event branding and marketing elements.
- Coordinate tradeshow logistics such as project managing promotion and ensuring printed materials are shipped and delivered on time.
- Support the marketing team in campaign execution to achieve KPIs including campaign set up and project management.
- Marketo campaign setup and administration, lead clean up, building marketing emails within the templates, list management, and trigger setup.
- Assist in managing the social media calendar including writing posts, creative directing graphics, researching trends, and regularly providing suggestions.
- Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned by management.
Your qualifications, experience and personal attributes
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Art History or other relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of Marketing experience
- Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills as well as experience using software such as Asana
- Marketo or other marketing automation experience
- Experience using webinar platforms such as Zoom Webinar or Go-to-Webinar
- Ability to be agile, work well independently and with a team in a remote environment
- Attention to detail, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel
- Ability to travel as necessary and support onsite event setup.
Assets or nice-to-haves
- Museum or art gallery sector knowledge or experience
- SalesForce.com or other CRM experience
- Fluency in another language a plus
- New York City area desired
