The Marketing Coordinator, Unlimited Vacation Club® is responsible for executing strategies, initiatives and projects related to campaigns and communications promoting benefits and value to Unlimited Vacation Club® members as part of the Inclusive Collection, part of World of Hyatt, Direct Channel. The Marketing Coordinator reports to the Senior Marketing Manager, UVC. The Marketing Coordinator must be capable of taking direction, self-motivated and work well as part of an interdisciplinary team.
A successful Marketing Coordinator, will:

  • Support the Direct department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as website, email, event, or content marketing from a global perspective
  • Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice
  • Be responsible for oversight of website content and accuracy; conducting audits and ongoing tests to ensure brands, resorts and programs are well positioned
  • Assist in UA Testing of brand websites for improved user experience
  • Conduct market research and identify trends
  • Meet deadlines efficiently with high-quality final products
  • Lead content audits to ensure information is accurate, properly positioned, and assist with the best customer experience
  • Work closely with Inclusive Collection branding and marketing teams to remain connected and aware of ongoing campaigns and business need
  • Ensure the integrity of the brand with attention to detail and quality of craftsmanship
  • Create and finalize UVC marketing presentations following every quarter, pre-opening or for prospective owners
  • Process invoices for projects within scope of role
  • Be bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
  • Be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Be flexible to occasionally travel internationally

A successful Marketing Coordinator, will have:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, travel industry or with a loyalty program (a plus)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
  • Great organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills
  • Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing
  • Experience with content management systems
  • Self-directed and independent but works as a team player
  • Critical thinking skills with strong and proactive decision-making ability and problem resolution skills
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports
  • Skills to simplify complex information into a user-friendly format
  • A high level of creativity
