Marketing Coordinator

We are a multi-brand franchisor based in Salt Lake City, UT. Our brands include Fiiz Drinks, Oakley Roasting Co., and several emerging franchise brands. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator to join our team and drive the execution of critical projects across our brands.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the social media presence across multiple brands, creating engaging content, monitoring, and responding to comments, and measuring key metrics. You will also assist in the creation of marketing plans and campaign management for assigned brands. You will play an important role in contributing to the growth of our brands, while at the same time having the opportunity to learn and develop as a marketing professional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage social media platforms for multiple brands, including content oversight with some content creation, scheduling, and audience engagement.
  • Develop and maintain content calendars to ensure a consistent and engaging social media presence.
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Measure and analyze key metrics to evaluate the performance and impact of social media campaigns.

• Assist in the planning, execution, and project management of marketing campaigns and programs as assigned.
  • Plans may include elements of social media, paid awareness campaigns, events, branding and messaging, promotions, etc.
  • Create campaign content and program calendars.

• Focus on personal growth and skill development within marketing and communications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field preferred.
• Demonstrated understanding of social media marketing best practices and trends.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
• Self-motivated with a proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.
• Possesses an upbeat and positive attitude, contributing to a collaborative and dynamic team environment.
