Copywriter And Content Marketing Coordinator

DecisionWise is seeking an experienced and creative Copywriter with an aptitude for SEO to join our team. This would be an exciting role for a proactive individual who LOVES writing great copy, has 1-3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, and wants to play a role in shaping our brand voice.

The person filling this role will get to participate in some exciting marketing initiatives!

• Play a key role in shaping our digital strategy
• Refine and maintain our brand voice.
• Own our content calendar. You’ll work with an existing team of content contributors to edit their work and increase their output.
• Manage content channels such as blog articles, email, ad copy, webinars, and more
• Leverage AI to increase output.
• Develop and maintain email marketing strategy using HubSpot
• Optimize our website copy for conversion and contribute to overall look and feel of our website
• Manage basic on-page SEO Optimization
• Interface with outside vendors for graphic design
• And more! We need you to help us find missed opportunities, and you may need to adapt and learn new skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Copywriting
• Proficiency SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or similar platforms.

• Demonstrated ability to create compelling and relevant content for digital channels.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI for copywriting to increase output
• Experience with WordPress CMS preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for understanding out industry and trending topics
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
