At Gigg, our purpose is to help businesses turn their Social Media from a passive outlet to an active revenue stream through a combination of our proprietary competition software and our social expertise.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and organized full-time Social Media Manager to execute our well-defined Social Media strategy. You will be responsible for managing our client’s Social Media presence, creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and analyzing performance to optimize their online reach and engagement. You will report to the Director of Social Media and become her right hand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement the Social Media strategy created by the Director of Social Media and make sure it is in line with our client’s brand objectives.
• Create and curate compelling content across various Social Media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok, etc.).
• Schedule and post content following the content calendar, ensuring consistency and alignment with our client’s brand voice and message. This may include weekends and holidays.
• Engage with the audience by responding to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with our creative team to produce engaging visuals and videos for Social Media.
• Monitor Social Media trends, competitors, and industry news to drive innovative content ideas.
• Track, analyze, and report on Social Media performance using relevant metrics and communicate with the Director of Social Media before adjusting strategies as needed to achieve our goals.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and new features across Social Media platforms to keep our strategy relevant.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing Social Media platforms for brands or businesses.
• Strong understanding of Social Media algorithms, best practices, and emerging trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in using Social Media management tools.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
• Organized and detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiar with AI tools or willingness to learn how to use AI tools.
