We are seeking a Marketing Specialist with a focus on Retailer Relations to join our team. The Marketing Coordinator will work to build strong relationships with our retail partners, ensuring that our brand identity is represented accurately and effectively. They will help review and organize retailer website content, track promotions and sales events, plan events, create marketing plans and campaigns, create presentations, and write copy. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for marketing and retail. This will be an in-office position at our Logan Campus.

Essential Functions:
- Build and maintain relationships with retail partners.
- Review and regularly audit retailer websites to ensure product copy, photos, and videos are correct and up to date.
- Create brand pages on retail websites.
- Coordinate training material for retailer associates including video scripts, brochures, and PowerPoints.
- Communicate with retailer marketing teams to coordinate and amplify promotional campaigns and events.
- Prepare materials for internal and external presentations on products, business plans, and management communications.
- In-store displays, signage, and branding collateral.
- Keep track of promotions and sales events at key retailers.
- Manage Blackstone's brand identity at all retail channels to ensure consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and gather necessary internal resources for retailer web content, such as photo and video teams and product managers.
- May prepare reports, presentations, or other materials as needed.
- On occasion, travel to key accounts to meet with retailer marketing teams.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications Needed:
- BS degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices a plus
- Digital image and video manipulation
- Highly organized
- Some travel required.
- Photo and video skills are a plus.
