This position is responsible for developing census through relationship management with prospective families, residents, referral sources and other key stakeholders. Responsible for developing and executing marketing plans.
Responsibilities
- Maintains, develops or improves occupancy levels to meet or exceed budgeted goals.
- Assist with the development and execution of marketing plans.
- Utilizes lead management software for tracking prospects, scheduling activities and reporting data.
- Serves as primary contact for incoming inquiries from prospects and referral sources and responds to inquiries within identified timeframe.
- Conduct systematized, proactive follow-up with prospects and referral sources.
- Cultivates referrals and inquiries and maintains relationships.
- Prepare for and conduct appointments, meetings and tours with prospective residents, families and referral sources
Qualifications
Qualifications Required:
- One to three years of marketing experience.
Qualifications Preferred:
- Sales/marketing experience; housing sales preferred
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism and/or related field.
- Experience leading, coaching, developing staff
