About the position: As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote organization services, increase patient engagement, and build positive relationships within the community. This positions also collaborates with various departments to create effective marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Key job qualities/duties:
- Marketing Strategy Development - Collaborates with leadership to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives. Conducts marketing research to identify opportunities, trends and competitive language.
- Campaign Planning and Execution - Plans, coordinates and executes marketing campaigns to promote services, providers and events. Utilizes various marketing channels such as digital media, social media, print and events to reach target audiences.
- Content Creation - Creates professional content for promotional materials including brochures, flyers, mailers, signage, website content and social media posts. Ensures all content adheres to regulatory guidelines and accurately represents the Madison Health brand.
- Digital Marketing - Manages the organization's online presence through website updates, social media management and online advertising. Monitors and analyzes digital marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations.
- Community Engagement - Promotes and organizes events. Coordinates volunteers and displays for various events throughout the year (fairs, festivals, parades, movie nights, health fairs, etc.). Identifies and manages sponsorship opportunities with Madison and surrounding counties.
- Collaboration with Internal Departments - Works closely with various departments to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Public Information Officer - Serves as in-house PIO as part of the incident command team. Participates in statewide drills and FEMA courses as deemed appropriate by the Emergency Preparedness team.
What qualifications are we looking for?
- Bachelor of Art/Science degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required.
