Job description

The Marketing and New Client Coordinator is the central resource for all Justin Doyle Homes and Watermark Homes communications and marketing needs and is the first person to interact with every potential client who contacts the company. This hands-on position is focused on streamlining communications, equipping the sales team, and coordinating a variety of Marketing and communications tasks across all departments. The ideal candidate will be customer-centric, friendly, self-motivated, and highly organized. Duties include answering all incoming calls and online registrations to the sales department, qualifying all potential clients, client data management, on-site meetings with qualified clients, social media management, content creation, marketing material development, responding to all web and social media inquiries, office inventory management and additional duties as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and manage all JDH communications and marketing activities and materials, including brand representations and online reputation, with a primary focus on generating and cultivating new, qualified leads.
  • Coordinate and manage all incoming sales calls to JDH and Watermark Homes, including responding to inquiries on social media and through the website obtaining all necessary information to qualify each lead prior to scheduling a meeting with the Director of Sales.
  • Return inquiries preferably the same day, responding to client questions as appropriate.
  • Engage with clients as the initial point-of-contact through methods including (but not limited to): incoming calls through Grasshopper phone service, website inquiries, social media, events and more.
  • Assist Director of Sales with client meetings and client communication.
  • Manage all online business profiles and reviews for the companies including brand pages on Google, Zillow, and other relevant platforms.
  • Facilitate creation of signage and photography, communities and homes as needed.
  • Provide weekly reports tracking leads and set appointments.
  • Perform appointment follow-up reports to Director of Sales, and re-engage previous leads through phone and email outreach.
  • Plan, coordinate and work on-site at events such as HOMEARAMA, Grand Openings, Model Home Open Houses, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable team player, who takes pride in maintaining a professional presence and disposition at all times. The candidate must have the ability to meet aggressive deadlines, juggle multiple tasks, and take initiative to proactively identify solutions for self and team improvement.The ideal candidate will possess:- 2-3 years of experience working in client services and/or marketing. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Adobe Acrobat; Photoshop and Illustrator in both Mac is preferred.- A reputation of being extremely self-motivated, organized, and trustworthy.- Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency using both Mac and PC systems is preferred.

REQUIREMENTS:

This Marketing and New Client Coordinator will receive two (2) days off per week and needs to be comfortable working some weekends. Partial telecommuting will be considered for the right candidate. Attendance is required for all staff meetings, plus some evening/weekend events and assignments as needed. A reliable form of transportation, and the ability to lift 25-30 lbs. is required to do this job. The position reports to the Director of Sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.96 - $26.00 per hour
