Reporting to the Sr. Manager Marketing, you are responsible for supporting and executing campaigns across multiple categories including kitchen appliances, cookware, home furnishings and décor, and more. You are a self-starter who is an impeccable planner and insanely organized—you have the ability to manage multiple deadlines and details simultaneously.
While the position is fully remote, this role would preferably be located in Northwest Arkansas for frequent in-person meetings with Walmart and the Bentonville-based sales and marketing team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute and manage the integrated marketing calendar in collaboration with the Sr. Marketing Manager to achieve brand objectives
- Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver final ecomm assets and copy on-time
- Work with external agency to improve and maintain Beautiful content quality scores on Walmart.com PDPs
- Own review seeding and collection process in partnership with external agency.
- Partner with external agency to track, monitor, and improve ratings on Walmart.com
- Contribute to market research and development for in-store displays
- Partner with Sr. Marketing Manager to manage administrative details as it relates to display ordering, sample approvals, and tracking
- Contribute to social media briefs to drive Beautiful’s audience growth and engagement on social media (with a specific focus on TikTok and IG)
- Contribute to messaging and creative briefs in partnership with the Sr. Marketing Manager and other internal stakeholders
- Contribute to presentations and preparation for line reviews across multiple categories
- Contribute to the product and creative approval process, liaising with key stakeholders across multiple product categories and functional groups – both internal and external (i.e., licensees)—to ensure product samples/prototypes, packaging and digital assets are proofread and brand-right
- Be a steward of the brand, ensuring all channels and departments are working towards the same consistent brand vision across voice, look and feel. This includes beautifulbydrew.com, PDPs on Walmart.com, Walmart.com brand store, and Walmart in-store POP/in-store merchandising
- Create and distribute product education/messaging briefs to external PR agency
- Organize and recap monthly PR wins for distribution to external stakeholders
- Own administrative tasks as it relates to sample ordering for various meetings, trade shows, seeding, or creative shoots
- Manage various billing and invoicing tasks, as well as occasional shipping and receiving work
- Preferably located in Northwest Arkansas
- 1-2 years of retail marketing experience
- Bachelor’s degree with a focus on marketing
- Growth-oriented mindset that translates into a deep passion for the consumer
- Creative, hands-on, and organized problem-solver
- Exceptional project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills – ability to adapt brand voice across various assets
- Excellent storyteller with ability to build decks in PowerPoint with little to no design help
