Thermosystems is a manufacturer's representative for commercial heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) products based in Elmhurst, Illinois with offices in Elmhurst, Peoria, Romeoville, and Chicago. We have an applied sales team, parts department, and full-service department to support the products we represent.

Responsibilities:
- Planning and coordination for both internal and external customer-facing events.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create, launch and measure marketing campaigns in support of business goals.
- Design promotional materials in support of sales staff and HR.
- Content creation, maintenance, and performance reporting for LinkedIn.
- Blog content creation and maintenance for website.
- Organize and oversee promotional items and apparel.
- Prepare and edit PowerPoint decks for internal company meetings.
- All other tasks assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must have a bachelor's degree in marketing, strategic communications, or a similar field.
- Proven experience working in a marketing role.
- Advanced skills in Canva and other design-focused programs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Familiar with CRM tools such as Acumatica.
- Proficient in WordPress Elementor.
- Self-starter that is highly organized, design orientated, and creative.
- Excellent public speaker and communication skills.
- Strong listening skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Team player and willing to help others.
- Strong work ethic.
- Can work independently and can adapt and meet deadlines.
