Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a part-time Marketing Coordinator. As Marketing Coordinator, this individual will be responsible for developing/implementing marketing strategies to promote our company's values and services. This individual will work closely with the sales & marketing teams to promote brand awareness within the Rochester/Byron area. This role also includes the planning and marketing of company/client events throughout the year.

The ideal candidate has a passion for creating visual and written content, a background in marketing and event planning, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in collaboration with others towards shared goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing campaigns, recurring client communication (i.e., client newsletters)
• Use digital applications to create compelling visuals (i.e., Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
• Regularly post content to company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, & Pinterest)
• Plan and execute company events (trade shows, client events, etc.)

Experience:

• Proven experience in marketing roles
• Ability to navigating various social media platforms
• Proficiency in both print/digital marketing techniques, the use of social media advertising and email marketing
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas
