We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator who can bring creative ideas and oversee marketing initiatives. Success in this job relies on your time management skills, effective communication, attention to detail, and positive attitude. In addition, you'll need to be able to:
- Oversee social media campaigns
- Create systems for responding to social media engagement
- Manage online platforms and apps
- Oversee database marketing email campaigns
- Initiate and execute direct mail campaigns
- Oversee the development of marketing collateral & promotional products
- Oversee paid media campaigns for print and digital marketing
- Content development and writing
- Maintain the vision of the website, requesting changes/updates as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of marketing experience
- Strong multi-channel marketing skills
- Highly effective communication skills with the ability to write content
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and be a proactive self-starter
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects at once
- Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
- Collaborative team-player mindset and confidence to lead meetings
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Programs
- Social Media experience with YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & Linked In
- Creative software skills like Canva and/or Adobe Programs a plus
