Job Description: As a Marketing Coordinator at Heringer Estates, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our wines, enhancing our brand image, and connecting with wine enthusiasts. This position requires a creative and data-driven professional who can develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Development: Collaborate with the team to refine and evolve the winery's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and initiatives.
• Digital Marketing: Create, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and the winery's website.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative content, including blog posts, newsletters, videos, and social media posts, to engage and educate our audience about our wines and winemaking process.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow the winery's social media presence, including content planning, posting, and engagement with followers.
• Public Relations: Cultivate relationships with media outlets and wine influencers to secure press coverage and reviews of our wines.
• Customer Engagement: Interact with customers through online and offline channels to provide exceptional customer service and build brand loyalty. Generate new leads for email marketing.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficient strategies and measuring the ROI of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Experience in marketing, preferably in the wine or beverage industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling content.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or Canva) is a plus.
• Knowledge of wine production and appreciation is desirable.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
