Job Description
The Creative Sample Coordinator will focus on supporting Vuori's Ecom team while also working alongside Brand Marketing team. This role will assist in the coordination of a variety of initiatives across Ecomm, brand and product marketing teams. Reporting to the Creative Producer and working closely with the creative ops team and product marketing. This role will track and streamline sample pulls for all ecom related shoots, lifestyle shoots, sample requests, orders to replenish missing or damaged items, product information across multiple channels and all around care and organization of ecom sample lines.
Responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Coordinate tasks related to Creative Producer responsibilities while working with internal stakeholders to develop project timelines and ensure successful execution
• Assist in the sample coordination and pulling of samples for Ecommerce and seasonal lifestyle style-outs to inform on-model outfitting
• Diligent note taking and updating of files as needed during seasonal + Ecommerce style-outs
• Own organization of the sample line for Ecom and Lifestyle Production
• Assist in building out seasonal shot lists to inform Creative Productions
• Assist where needed during all Ecom relate Ecom shoots, seasonal or commercial Lifestyle Photoshoots. Have a 'no job too small' mentality, willing to help wherever needed.
• Organization and all around care for Ecom sample line which includes but not limited to- tagging all items , Checking in samples, hanging product in an organized way, categorizing by product, taking to dry cleaners as used on lifestyle or Ecom shoots, maintaining and re-racking used samples.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1-2 years retail or marketing experience
• Extremely organized and detail oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to be proactive and create new processes where see fit
• Ability to communicate effectively across teams
• Comfortable working in a fast pace and high growth environment
• Ability to multitask, coordinate deadlines and implement necessary feedback
• Creative Force experience is a plus
• SharePoint/Excel experience is a plus
• Interest in styling/fashion is a plus

Pay Range: $25/hr - $27/hr
