MARKETING COORDINATOR
Reports To: Marketing Manager
Status: Full-time; Non-Exempt
Job Summary:
EPS Group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our award-winning team and help our firm to excel in Brand Management and market positioning. The Marketing Coordinator will primarily focus on supporting marketing activities, overseeing social media platforms, and internal and external communication. A successful candidate will be intricately involved in updating and maintaining marketing collateral, proposals, event coordination and social media presence. The Marketing Coordinator will be actively involved in all departments, making a difference for a growing engineering firm with many opportunities to develop their talents.
Primary Areas of Focus
- Maintain marketing information systems and edit, coordinate, research, and write proposals and other marketing materials.
- Coordination and execution of marketing strategic initiatives and campaigns.
- Assists the marketing department with content creation and furthering communications plans.
Core Responsibilities
- Social Media management: create posts in EPS Group’s brand voice aligned with the Marketing team’s content strategy.
- Perform quality assurance checks on all marketing collateral, facilitating Brand Management efforts firmwide.
- Write, edit, and publish compelling content that furthers the Marketing team’s revenue-generating goals.
- Manage SEO, digital advertising, and internal communications channels. Report on analytics as needed.
- Assist in SOQ/proposal coordination by collaborating with teams, producing page layouts, preparing interview slide decks, and resumes.
- Maintain department assets and database management.
- Assist in preparing materials such as project descriptions, resumes, and client presentations.
- Meet deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering.
- Work closely with team members to extract, compile, and manage critical information about current and completed projects.
- Consistent CRM updating and organization.
- Assist in award entries and company presentations.
- Help with marketing tasks outside of qualification packages, as needed.
Skills & Experience
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of experience in Marketing.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Highly organized and able to handle multiple, simultaneous deliverables.
- Business profile social media account management experience required.
- SEO and digital advertising experience required.
- A/E/C industry and/or B2B Marketing experience is a plus.
- Experience with HubSpot is a plus.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
- Photography and video editing skills a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Required to stand, walk, and sit.
- Requires a regular and normal range of hearing.
- Must be able to lift 20 lbs.
- Requires prolonged sitting with 15% of the time spent bending and reaching during office work and prolonged standing with a significant amount of time spent bending, squatting, and reaching.
- Must have manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
- Noise levels are consistent with a standard office environment when working in an office.
