- Develop and implement Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive plans aligning with business objectives through online and offline channels, including digital advertising, webinars, white papers, email, social media, content marketing, events, and traditional advertising.
- Brand Management: Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of brand identity and reputation, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and campaigns.
- Market Research and Analysis: Collaborate on market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to define trends, opportunities, and challenges. Use data-driven insights for informed decision-making and optimizing marketing strategies.
- Project and Campaign Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns from inception to completion. Monitor performance, analyze results, and adjust strategies for maximum impact and ROI.
- Digital Marketing: Drive the company's online presence through SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and other digital channels. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget efficiently to achieve goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with executive leadership, development, HR, business development, operations teams, and other stakeholders to align marketing efforts with company goals. Coordinate with Hanwha affiliates in the US and Korea as needed.
- Events and PR: Coordinate promotional events, tradeshows, and public relations activities to enhance brand awareness and build relationships.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Establish KPIs for marketing campaigns, regularly measure and report on their success, and provide insights to optimize future activities.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop impactful marketing materials, including sales presentations, brochures, direct mail assets, and other necessary items.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field required.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience required.
- Solid communicator with excellent writing skills.
- Knowledge of the renewable energy industry preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, content marketing, branding, and market research.
- Knowledge of the latest marketing trends and best practices.
- Ability to take strategic direction and implement independently.
- Strong proficiency using software programs such as MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
