About the role:
We are looking for a self-driven, detail-oriented Marketing Communications Coordinator to join our Core Marketing Team. You will play a crucial role in driving and executing the communication strategies that support the core product experience and ultimately drive user engagement and retention. You'll work collaboratively across product, tech, marketing, & creative teams to drive success.
Location:
Candidates will ideally be near our offices in Boston, Chicago, Madison, and Birmingham, but there are no in office mandates. If we find remote candidates who align well with the qualifications of the position, we would be open to hiring candidates not near our offices.
Scope of responsibilities:
- Assist with the ideation, planning, execution and measurement of campaigns across all channels (email, push message, in-app messaging and social)
- Own and drive key strategic pillars including Receipt snapping, Sweepstakes, Featured Rewards, Reactivation, Surveys and more
- Operational management of marketing campaigns
- Monitoring and reporting KPIs for various campaigns to larger Marketing teams
- Cross-functional collaboration with Creative, QA, Product, Tech and other Marketing teams to bring marketing efforts to life
Skills we believe you need for this position:
- About 1-2 years of work experience in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or similar field

Compensation:
- At Fetch, we offer competitive compensation packages to the exceptional folks we hire. The base salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000. We also offer all employees equity in Fetch, so that everyone can benefit from Fetch's growth.
