Job Summary and Qualifications

JOB SUMMARY 

The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator is diverse and multifaceted, encompassing a wide range of responsibilities that revolve around managing and optimizing the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. At a high level these duties will include Platform configuration and maintenance, Campaign Management, Data Management and Integration, Analytics and Reporting and Training and Support.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Configure and maintain the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to meet the organization’s marketing needs. 
• Create and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within the platform. 
• Monitor and maintain data integrity and quality within the platform, ensuring accurate segmentation and personalization. 
• Engage in collaborative efforts with marketing teams to formulate data-centric strategies and campaigns that enable business objectives. 
• Leverage the analytical capability of the platform to monitor campaign performance, generate comprehensive reports, and furnish actionable insights. 
• Remain well-informed about industry trends, best practices, and the latest advancements within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to stay at the cutting edge of marketing innovation.
• Partner with teams across different business functions to enable marketing use cases through technical solutions and implementation 
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify and minimize security risks and ensure compliance in application use
• Develop and maintain technical documentation 
• Works effectively individually but also can collaborate with our business stakeholders toward customer satisfaction and success
• Troubleshoot basic Salesforce problems (Layouts, Permissions etc.) 
• Create and release Salesforce packages
• Understand advanced Salesforce Development tools and strategies (Salesforce Functions and API’s) 

RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE 

• 3+ years 

EDUCATION 

• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred 

OTHER/SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years Salesforce development experience 
• Highly developed listening skills required 
• Excellent, highly professional written and oral communication skills required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Must be highly motivated self-starter 
• Excellent organizational and time management skills 
• Experience with version control
• Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
• Certifications (required and preferred) 
• • Certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator (Required)
  • Certified Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant (Plus) 
  • Certified Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant (Plus)
