Tasks
- Lead Management: Export lead lists into Google for Account Managers to share with clients.
- Report Building: Assist in creating and compiling marketing reports.
- Data Management: Compile spreadsheets for quarterly domain renewals and maintain organization of Google Drive.
- Form Building: Develop online new patient forms.
- Platform Support: Troubleshoot issues with various platforms we use.
- Project Management Assistance: Aid in managing and tracking project progress.
- Billing Information Updates: Update client billing information as needed.
- Content Management: Taskify before and after submissions; assist in page construction and minor content update on WordPress; assemble and quality check blog posts.
- Quality Assurance: Assist in quality checking and editing as required.
- Email Marketing: Schedule patient newsletters and assemble email marketing blasts, coordinating with Account Coordinators.
- Client Communication: Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure task completion, deadline adherence, and priority management.
- Administrative Duties: Handle incoming calls and other duties when needed to support other team members.
- Social Media Campaigns: Assist with social media marketing initiatives, including holiday campaigns.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be a resident of the United States and legally allowed to work within the country.
- Must have a reliable internet connection with Minimum internet speed of 100mbps download and 5mb upload.
- Must possess a problem-solving mind, a positive, driven attitude, and be results-oriented.
- Extensive customer service experience with excellent phone skills.
- Strong writing skills, including grammar and spelling
- Basic understanding of the sales process
- Working knowledge of office software systems including email, word processing and spreadsheets (G Suite a big plus)
- Must be on time and leave at appropriate time
- Free of cell phone distractions
- Must be able to stay on task and work efficiently from a remote location

- Review all details of tasks assigned to Marketing Assistant and list specific questions prior to asking for help.
