Marketing Assistant Job Summary

Wood Financial Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing department in various tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing and eager to gain additional hands-on experience in a fast-paced, positive environment.

· Experience or coursework in marketing, advertising or closely related field.

· Experience with HubSpot marketing automation platform a plus.

Minimum of 1 year working in-person in a professional office setting.

Marketing Assistant Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing efforts across channels, both digital and non-digital.
• Prepare marketing materials for our workshops and events.
• Assemble and prepare for mailing marketing materials for our prospects/clients.
• Maintain accurate spreadsheets and reports of marketing data and metrics.
• Make weekly updates to company YouTube page.
• Assist in managing our social media accounts and our email marketing efforts.
• Maintain a running inventory of all physical marketing materials and manage levels.
• Accurately input data into our CRM in a timely manner.
• Support the planning and execution of events and other promotional activities.
• Assist in tracking marketing expenses.
• Provide trusted administrative support to the Chief Marketing Officer.

This position is available starting early April. Hours for this position are Monday - Friday 8 am – 5 pm in our Hendersonville, TN office.
