Pridestaff Financial is sourcing Direct Hire Candidates for important social medis programs to build our community. Advancing 502 connects Metro Louisville neighbors together and helps local businesses win through a variety of programs including the Stroll neighborhood program in Anchorage, Lake Forest, Hunting Creek, Indian Hills, Norton Commons, and Persimmon Ridge as well as the BeLocal East End Louisville and Louisville programs.
The only candidates being considered are ones who live in Louisville, KY -- as you will be needed in the office once a week. Please do not apply if you do not live in the Louisville KY area.
The Owner of Advancing 502 is looking for W2 employee to serve as a Marketing Assistant (working 35-40 hours per week.) This front line marketing role for Stroll and BeLocal marketing programs includes print, digital, social, and event components:
- Client Services
- Prospect Management
- Event Coordination
- Client Communications, including Social Media Management
- Recognition Program Activities
- Publishing Assistance
- Light Accounting Tasks
This position is a flexible, work-from-home position for the most part, although weekly in person meetings will take place. The qualified candidate should have strong communication skills and enjoy working in customer service with attention to details. The candidate should have knowledge of the marketing spectrum, but can learn specifics along the way – this is a great position for someone looking to build a marketing and advertising focused resume. Should the candidate want to pursue advertising sales, there is an opportunity to be bonused with commission as way to increase compensation and build a stronger skill-set.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Client Services
- Onboarding new clients
- Adding agreement into computer system
- Adding logo into system
- Sending welcome email including other Area Directors if applicable
- Creating a welcome post for social media page(s)
- Follow sponsor company on social media
- Research their contacts / create file on “who they know”
- Begin work on their Sponsor Spotlight article / add to Publishing Calendar
- Add to mailing list
- Add to “sneak peek” email list
- Add to next issue “Publisher’s Note”
- Mail welcome packet, including partnership offers
- Manage publicity for partner offer program
- Collect all assets for their print advertisement
- Enter all assets into system and work ad through process until approved
Prospect Management
- Keep the customer relationship management (CRM) up to date with data entry
- Prospect research
- Referral generation
- Assist Owner in the setting up of sales meetings
- Follow-Up with “hot” prospects, i.e. add to newsletter, touch base via emails, etc.
Event Coordination
- Manage the invitation process for events / track rsvps
- Make reminder calls prior to events
- Follow-up post event
- Coordinate prize bags, raffle prizes, food, and other event pieces
Client Communications, including Social Media Management
- Social Media Managements
- Manage social media content calendar
- Develop content for Facebook and Instagram pages, including reels
- Like, follow, and comment on sponsor pages/posts
- Assist Owner to prospect and set sales appointments via social media
- Create client newsletter and email out monthly
- Maintain client (customer) satisfaction at all times, handling questions that may arise
Recognition Program Activities
- Send out handwritten cards, gifts to resident participants and sponsors
- Coordinate holiday card / gift campaign
- Coordinate the framing of Sponsor Spotlights and delivery, if applicable
Publishing Assistance
- Review JotForms
- Write Sponsor Spotlight articles with the sponsor and write other articles as needed
- Maintain “Publishing Calendar”
Light Accounting Tasks
- Assist Owner in tracking mileage, filing receipts
- Review Aging Summary each month and work to get replacement credit cards for those expiring
